As a Business Manager for Engineering IT in Hannover, you will take full responsibility for the business unit's growth and strategic development. Your day-to-day activities involve high-level sales of engineering and IT services, including the acquisition of new clients and the management of existing accounts. You will be responsible for defining project requirements through direct client consultations, calculating costs, and negotiating framework agreements. Beyond sales, you will lead and develop your own project team, working closely with recruitment to identify and mentor top talent.
