Job Summary

As an IT Help Desk Technician at FERCHAU Rosenheim, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and inquiries across various industries in the Rosenheim and Chiemgau regions. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, analyzing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, and documenting technical incidents.
