As the Head of Operational Electrics, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the electrical maintenance and technical integrity of production facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading a specialized team, prioritizing maintenance tasks, and coordinating the troubleshooting of complex production equipment. You will be hands-on in the assembly, commissioning, and modernization of machinery, while also managing spare parts procurement and planning annual revisions. This position is ideal for a technical expert who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and practical problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering (Elektrotechnikermeister) or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Electrician or equivalent technical background
- Initial leadership experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Extensive experience in reading circuit diagrams and working with PLC systems
- Proven track record in the maintenance, repair, and assembly of production machinery
- Experience in control cabinet and plant construction

- Must be willing to work in a 2-shift system and participate in on-call standby duties. Physical resilience and the ability to work independently are required.
