Job Summary

As a Clinical Information Systems Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of one of Rhineland-Palatinate's largest healthcare providers. Your daily responsibilities include the configuration, customizing, and support of the Nexus/KIS clinical information system and integrated subsystems. You will act as a vital bridge between clinical staff and IT, analyzing medical workflows to optimize patient care through technology. This role involves designing application interfaces (HL7/DICOM), managing digitalization projects, and providing 3rd-level support. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience with clinical workflows, ideally in psychiatric or neurological settings
  • Proven experience in leading medical information technology projects
  • Experience in implementing IT modules such as PACS, Telemedicine, or Interoperability Platforms
