Job Summary
As an Office Management Specialist focused on IT Administration at MjAMjAM, you will play a central role in maintaining the company's digital infrastructure and organizational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities include managing IT assets, tracking hardware and software lifecycles, and maintaining critical documentation such as process descriptions and network overviews. You will act as a key point of contact for internal helpdesk requests, coordinate with external service providers, and assist in setting up employee workstations. A significant portion of the role involves quality management, specifically supporting GDPR compliance by maintaining data protection documents and technical-organizational measures (TOMs). Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT System Management Assistant, Digitalization Management Assistant, or a comparable commercial qualification with an IT focus.

- Experience in creating and updating technical documentation and manuals
- Experience in coordinating with external IT service providers
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and administrative compliance
