As a Junior Local IT Support Specialist at Wilo, you will serve as a vital point of contact for IT infrastructure within both office and production environments. Working alongside two experienced experts, you will manage day-to-day IT requests involving client devices, printers, and network systems. Your role involves coordinating with business units, external partners, and Global IT to ensure operational stability. Key responsibilities include LAN/VLAN management, troubleshooting physical and virtual server systems, and executing the Install-Move-Add-Change (IMAC) process for hardware.
