Job Summary
As an Electrical Building Services Engineer at EPS in Wetzlar, you will independently develop electrical systems through all project phases (HOAI 1-8), from initial concept to final implementation. Your daily responsibilities include technical consulting, system optimization, and calculating building technology requirements using specialized software tools. You will also be responsible for creating service specifications, managing tenders, and coordinating both internal and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable qualification such as a Master Electrician (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker).
Experience
- Professional experience in design and implementation planning of electrical building systems
- Experience in technical consulting and optimization of electrical installations
- Proven track record in managing project partners and coordinating construction processes
- Experience in creating service specifications and handling tender processes
- Familiarity with HOAI performance phases is highly desirable
