This role involves providing specialized educational support for apprentices in the fields of tax assistance and accounting within the 'AsAflex' (Assisted Apprenticeship) framework in Haßfurt. As a Lecturer, you will conduct small group or individual tutoring sessions focused on vocational theory, helping students prepare for exams and reinforcing foundational knowledge from their vocational school curriculum. Beyond subject-specific teaching, you will impart essential learning strategies and study techniques to help disadvantaged youth succeed in their training. You will work collaboratively within a dedicated team to create individual development plans, set performance goals, and document student progress.
