Job Summary
This part-time position (30 hours per week) within the Internal Services department of the World Heritage City of Quedlinburg offers a stable, permanent role managing essential HR administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining both physical and digital personnel files, managing master data within the LOGA software system, and overseeing systematic follow-up processes. Daily tasks include handling general labor law matters, coordinating intern affairs, and providing administrative support to the department leadership. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), Legal Assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r), HR Services Clerk (Personaldienstleistungskauffrau/-mann), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a similar HR or administrative role
- Experience in maintaining personnel files and master data
- Practical knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience working with standard PC software and specialized HR databases
