In this role, you will lead a dynamic team at SPRINTIS, a growing international e-commerce company based in Würzburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of application systems, from providing first-level support to internal departments to acting as the primary point of contact for external system providers. You will be responsible for task delegation, workload planning, and defining technical requirements for system enhancements. A significant part of the role includes configuring application systems, managing interfaces, and conducting cost-benefit analyses for new IT solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or equivalent qualification in the field of Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik).
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in application support or application management
- Experience in coordinating team tasks, such as functional leadership, sub-project management, or resource planning
- Professional experience in operative first-level support including ticket processing, prioritization, and escalation
- Proven track record in structuring requirements, defining project scopes, and creating implementation sketches
- Experience in the configuration and parameterization of application systems and user rights management
