Job Summary
As a (Junior) Specialist in the Post-Trade department, you will play a vital role as the backbone of securities trading for FINOVESTA. Your daily responsibilities involve managing the end-to-end lifecycle of trade settlements, ensuring timely internal and external reporting, and reconciling internal trading data with reports from brokers and clearing houses. Beyond operational tasks, you will actively contribute to the company's growth by identifying root causes of discrepancies and developing automated control logics to minimize manual errors. This role is unique because it combines traditional financial operations with technical process improvement, allowing you to build specialized knowledge in capital markets while utilizing modern tools like Python, SQL, or Power BI. You will work closely with department leadership to standardize workflows and implement 'Quick Wins' for automation. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to transition from manual processing to structured, data-driven process management in a dynamic trading environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a completed vocational training in Banking/Fund Management with excellent results.
Experience
- Professional experience or strong interest in securities settlement, reconciliation, or reporting
- Experience in documenting and standardizing operational workflows
- Proven experience in data analysis and identifying error patterns
- Practical experience in implementing small-scale automation or dashboards using SQL, Python, or VBA
