Job Summary
As a Design Engineer at AutoGyro GmbH, the global market leader in gyroplane manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive 3D SolidWorks environment for the company’s aircraft models. Your daily responsibilities include the 3D modeling and detailing of aircraft components—such as structures, fairings, and mechanical systems—and the creation of production drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) that comply with international aviation standards (CAA, CAAC, FAA). You will also collaborate cross-functionally with production and quality teams to enable the creation of Illustrated Parts Catalogues and manufacturing process sheets. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer with deep SolidWorks expertise who wants to work in a dynamic, international aviation environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
Experience
- Several years of practical design experience in mechanical or aerospace systems
- Proven expertise in SolidWorks is mandatory
- Experience within international aviation compliance environments (CAA, CAAC, FAA) is preferred
- Professional experience in manufacturing processes including metal, composites, and machining

- Chinese language proficiency (minimum B2 level) is required. Must be able to work at the headquarters in Hildesheim, Germany.
