Job Summary

As an IT Systems Administrator within the Output Control team, you will play a vital role in managing the document processing lifecycle for a large-scale public insurance provider. Your daily responsibilities include executing and monitoring automated workflows for document shipping, central printing, and archiving. You will be responsible for creating billing reports for external clients, maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and coordinating with customers regarding job processing. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy complex data transformation and workflow automation. The position is part of the NOW-Verbund IT service network, supporting over 17,000 workstations.
