Job Summary

As a Senior Project Manager at SWE Energie GmbH, you will take full responsibility for high-impact infrastructure projects focused on renewable heating and geothermal technologies. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from resource planning and risk assessment to active stakeholder management involving scientific partners, political entities, and regulatory authorities. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management for large-scale projects with investment volumes over 100 million Euros
  • Extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, specifically within renewable heat or geothermal sectors
  • Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in establishing or developing a Project Management Office (PMO) is preferred
