As an IT Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the team by managing both field and office-based technical operations. Your daily responsibilities will involve direct customer contact, performing hardware and software installations, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure system reliability. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and performing device programming to meet specific client requirements. This position offers a stable, permanent full-time contract with the benefit of daily home return, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. To facilitate your field assignments, a company vehicle is provided. Required Skills
Education
Qualified as an IT Systems Integration Specialist (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or Electronics Technician for Information and Telecommunications Technology (Elektroniker Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik).
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Service Technician, Systems Integration Specialist, or Electronics Technician
- Experience in information and telecommunications technology
- Practical experience in technical troubleshooting and error rectification
- Experience in device programming and system configuration
- Background in customer-facing technical support roles
