Job Summary

This role is centered on managing financial negotiations and controlling within a nationwide diaconal organization. Based in Freudenberg, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and execution of remuneration negotiations in accordance with German Social Security Codes (SGB VIII, IX, and XI). Day-to-day activities include financial planning, budget creation, and analyzing the financial structures of various service areas to optimize compensation systems. You will serve as a key advisor to facilities on business management issues and engage in intensive networking and committee work. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in cost calculation, financial planning, or remuneration negotiations.
  • Experience within the healthcare or social services sector is preferred.
  • Proven track record in preparing and conducting formal negotiations.
  • Experience in analyzing financial structures and optimizing compensation systems.
  • Professional experience in committee work and professional networking.
