This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT support requests at Streck Transport in Freiburg. You will be responsible for the acceptance, processing, and documentation of hardware and software issues via phone, email, and a ticketing system. Key responsibilities include user management, application support, and maintaining the knowledge base. Beyond daily troubleshooting, you will participate in various IT projects, manage IT procurement, and handle repair orders. Required Skills
