This role involves the technical and administrative management of infrastructure projects for the City of Recklinghausen. You will be responsible for determining the costs associated with the initial construction, improvement, and renewal of development facilities like roads and sewage systems. Day-to-day tasks include compiling and evaluating invoice documents, coordinating with various departments to ensure projects meet legal contribution requirements under German building and municipal law (BauGB/KAG), and monitoring project progress from organizational, technical, and financial perspectives. You will serve as a vital interface between technical teams, administration, and external stakeholders. Required Skills

Education

Completed Administrative Specialist Training II (Angestelltenlehrgang II / Verwaltungslehrgang II) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical project administration or cost determination

  • Experience in evaluating technical invoices and accounting documents
  • Experience working within public administration frameworks (TVöD/KAG/BauGB)
