Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will join an administration team responsible for the maintenance and evolution of a modern IT infrastructure. Your daily activities will center on providing 1st and 2nd level support for IT and telecommunications systems, handling requests via phone, email, and tickets, as well as providing on-site assistance. You will manage Windows-based environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365, while collaborating with external service providers. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to work with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and act as a deputy for the IT Administrator. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Clerk, Geoinformatician) or a comparable qualification. Career changers with relevant skills are also welcome.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or user helpdesk (1st/2nd level) is desirable
- Experience in the administration and development of IT system landscapes
- Practical knowledge in managing Microsoft products and server environments
- Experience working with external IT service providers

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must demonstrate loyalty and absolute confidentiality. Position is full-time (39 hours/week) and permanent. Willingness for continuous further training is expected.
