As the Site Manager in Kassel, you will serve as the central point of contact for customers, funding agencies, chambers of commerce (IHK), and cooperation partners. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring smooth operational processes, managing appointments, and maintaining a structured, welcoming environment at the educational facility. You will oversee reception duties, exam supervision, and cash management while working closely with a team of 5-6 site coordinators to achieve regional goals. This role combines administrative excellence with customer service, as you provide individual support to participants and prepare site-specific reports and KPIs. The position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys a cross-functional environment and wants to shape the future of adult education. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., Office Management, Wholesale and Foreign Trade) or Hospitality. An Instructor Aptitude Certification (AEVO) is required, or the willingness to obtain one.
