As a Payroll Specialist based in Wetzlar, you will serve as a critical link between the HR department and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing payroll data, managing social security and tax reporting, and communicating with authorities such as tax offices and health insurance providers. You will also oversee company pension schemes and support national audits related to wage tax and social security. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in German labor and tax law. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Professional experience as a Payroll Clerk, Wage Accountant, or HR Administrator.
- Proven experience in coordinating with external payroll service providers and authorities.
- Experience in supporting wage tax or social security audits.
