Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of sophisticated technical systems for clients within the automotive industry. Your daily tasks involve independent fault diagnosis and problem analysis, working closely with both the internal helpdesk and the development department to resolve complex issues. You will implement modernization measures and technical optimizations directly at customer sites, ensuring systems operate at peak efficiency. Beyond technical repairs, you will provide on-site training for operating personnel and offer telephone support for technical inquiries. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to actively contribute to product improvement by providing feedback to the development team based on field observations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Mechatronics, or Industrial Mechanics; ideally supplemented by further qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister).

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial mechanics
