Job Summary
As a Field Specialist for Computed Tomography (CT) in the Southern North Rhine-Westphalia region, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support of medical imaging systems. Your daily activities include performing complex repairs, installations, and maintenance, as well as conducting cross-system error analysis and remote troubleshooting. You will act as a technical consultant for clinical staff, providing training on system use and coordinating small-scale projects like upgrades or system relocations. The role demands a high level of autonomy, as you will manage customer escalations and ensure all activities meet strict quality and safety documentation standards. Required Skills

- Practical experience in radiological environments and radiation protection
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting IT and network-related malfunctions
- Experience in customer management and professional escalation handling
- Experience in conducting technical training and instructions for end-users
