Job Summary
As a Software Development Intern at SachsenGigaBit, you will play an active role in the digital transformation of telecommunications infrastructure in East Saxony and Dresden. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting the development and programming of internal software tools, participating in the full development lifecycle from conceptualization to final release. You will be tasked with identifying optimization potential in existing applications and managing your own sub-projects under professional guidance. Required Skills
Education
Current enrollment in a degree program (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Communications/Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related technical fields
- Initial practical experience in programming (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience working in a team-oriented and organized environment
