This role is designed for a tech-savvy professional who will lead the digital transformation and AI integration within a modern tax consultancy. On a day-to-day basis, you will spearhead AI and digitalization projects, manage the implementation of DATEV cloud applications and interfaces for clients, and act as a central point of contact for IT-related queries. You will play a crucial role in process optimization, helping both the firm and its clients transition to GoBD-compliant digital workflows. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys data preparation using advanced Excel techniques and has a passion for emerging technologies like ChatGPT Enterprise. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt/in) is preferred.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a commercial or business-related field
- Proven experience working with IT interfaces and pre-systems, preferably within the DATEV ecosystem
- Experience in leading digitalization or IT projects
- Practical experience in process optimization and digital workflow implementation
