This role serves as the vital technical link between engineering design and practical execution within a third-generation family-owned process heat technology company. You will be responsible for the technical planning and coordination across the office, workshop, and construction sites. Your daily tasks include performing technical calculations, designing project layouts, and overseeing the quality of production and assembly. A unique aspect of this position is the blend of analytical office work with hands-on workshop engagement, providing technical support directly to the manufacturing team. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Engineering, or a comparable field of study).
Experience
- Professional experience in engineering planning and coordination between office and workshop environments
- Experience in performing technical calculations and project layouts
- Practical experience or strong interest in manual workshop activities and on-site assembly
- Experience in quality monitoring for production and construction sites
- Proven track record of team-oriented collaboration and technical communication
