As a Digitalization Specialist for the Barnim District administration, you will play a central role in modernizing public services. Your daily responsibilities include the administration, documentation, and optimization of the district's Document Management System (DMS), providing essential support to users. You will also be a key driver in implementing the Online Access Act (OZG), ensuring that administrative services are accessible digitally. Beyond technical administration, you will facilitate training sessions and workshops to help staff adapt to new digital workflows. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training of at least three years in the field of Public Administration.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration or a related field
  • Experience in the administration and optimization of Document Management Systems
  • Experience in conducting training, workshops, or educational sessions
  • Practical knowledge of the Online Access Act (OZG) and digital transformation in the public sector
