As a Payroll Team Lead at Neumüller, you will spearhead the monthly payroll operations for a workforce of over 300 employees, ensuring full compliance with German tax, social security, and collective bargaining laws. You will act as a central point of contact for employees, management, and external authorities regarding all compensation-related inquiries.
