As an IT Systems Specialist in Iserlohn, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the internal IT infrastructure. Your daily activities will include monitoring and maintaining the company's IT landscape, providing first and second-level support to internal users, and ensuring robust data security through the implementation of backup strategies. You will also take project responsibility for the ongoing development of both hardware and software systems. Education

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT systems administration or a related field
- Practical experience with Microsoft server environments and virtualization technologies
- Experience in managing Microsoft 365 and Exchange services
- Background in maintaining network security infrastructure and backup solutions
- Proven track record of independent, solution-oriented work and project management
