As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of the production team, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently and meet high quality standards. Your daily activities will include the maintenance of production equipment, process monitoring, and the programming or adjustment of machine sequences. A significant part of the role involves measuring and optimizing reflow profiles and training new components into the system.
