In this role, you will serve as a versatile technical professional responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical systems. Your daily activities will range from providing technical customer support via telephone to the physical assembly and testing of systems based on specific customer orders. You will also play a key role in quality assurance by handling complaints and conducting product training sessions both online and on-site. Beyond technical tasks, you will represent the company at industry events and trade fairs. Required Skills

Experience

  • Experience in customer service or technical support roles
  • Experience in assembling and testing technical systems
  • Experience in conducting training or presentations is beneficial
