As a Laboratory Assistant in the Food & Oral Care Product Development department, you will play a vital role in bringing innovative flavors and textures to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting the entire development process, from initial concepts to finished consumer products. You will manufacture end-product samples for customer projects, test new flavor profiles in various applications, and prepare professional internal tastings and customer presentations. Beyond hands-on production, you will manage flavor inventories, organize raw material orders in collaboration with procurement, and participate in sensory evaluations.
