Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy supply and mobility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conceptualizing and implementing measures for manufacturing optimization, defining budgets for production investments, and establishing effective process improvements. You will be tasked with introducing synchronized production processes, implementing pull systems, and identifying waste to increase overall productivity. The role requires close collaboration with various departments along the production chain and the coordination of external development partners. Beyond technical implementation, you will lead training for new workflows within the Energy Team. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on optimization. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree (University of Applied Sciences or Technical University) with a focus on Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the planning, implementation, and optimization of production processes
- Proven experience in process management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen
- Experience in managing external development partners and cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in conducting or coordinating technical training for teams
