On a day-to-day basis, you will provide technical support for the WinGuard platform, which integrates over 500 adapters across security and building automation systems worldwide. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues related to Microsoft operating systems, network protocols, and virtualization while utilizing remote desktop tools to assist international clients. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or equivalent practical qualifications.

Experience
