Job Summary

As a Service Operations Process Specialist at Schindler, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing urban mobility by managing and coordinating service-related projects and process rollouts across Germany. Your daily responsibilities include mapping customer service processes within SAP, acting as a Key User for service planning and FieldLink, and providing second-level support for service technicians. You will lead the Master Trainer community, conduct data analyses on maintenance fulfillment, and deliver training sessions on SAP and service applications. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with regional service managers, IT departments, and corporate groups to ensure seamless interface management. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in First- or Second-Level Support and operational service environments is preferred
  • Experience in system administration and SAP support
  • Proven track record in project management and conducting professional training sessions
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing corporate interfaces
