This role involves the design, installation, and maintenance of firewall and network infrastructure solutions for AIRBUS Secure Land Communications. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-performance and stable network environment. Your daily activities will include analyzing, classifying, and resolving complex network issues within an Incident Management framework, as well as handling Change, Release, and Configuration Management.
