Job Summary

As a Quality Control Technician for Printing Inks, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high standards of a global leader in industrial chemistry and lubricants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing quality inspections on raw materials and finished products, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, and coordinating with external service providers for maintenance. You will also take a lead role in optimizing workflow processes, administering online databases, and developing calibration files for recipe creation. A significant part of the role includes conducting internal and external training sessions on colorimetry and ensuring compliance with international standards. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed further training as a Chemical Technician (Chemietechniker), Application Technician, or a comparable technical qualification. Additional certification in Colorimetry is preferred.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable quality control or laboratory position
  • Extensive experience in analytical laboratory work and instrumental analytics
  • Proven experience with testing methods, measuring devices, and their underlying chemical/physical principles
  • Experience in organizing and optimizing technical workflows
