This role serves as the central point of contact for all time management and working hour models within the EDEKA Foodservice Group. You will be responsible for the administration, continuous development, and customization of the ATOSS time management system, ensuring that all legal, collective bargaining, and operational regulations are correctly implemented across 16 different tariff regions. Day-to-day, you will configure shift plans, optimize digital HR processes, and collaborate closely with Payroll and IT departments. You will also act as a consultant and trainer for managers regarding time management metrics and system usage.
