Job Summary

This leadership role involves the comprehensive management and disciplinary oversight of a seven-person technical team. As the department head, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and fault-free operation of all communication and security systems within the organization. Your day-to-day activities will include the active development of your team, defining transparent responsibilities, and optimizing structured workflows. You will oversee a wide range of technologies including IP telephony, hazard alarm systems, nurse call systems, and access control. A significant part of the role involves planning and controlling investment and maintenance measures while coordinating with external service providers to maintain high standards of operational safety and documentation.
