As a Process Manager for RPA, you will be instrumental in optimizing and managing processes within the proALPHA ERP system. Your daily tasks will involve conducting requirement analyses, developing implementation concepts, and leading projects with technical interfaces to the ERP system. You'll be responsible for creating specifications with service providers, performing acceptance tests, and developing documentation and training materials. A key part of your role will also involve handling IT tickets related to the ERP system, managing inventory, and optimizing purchasing processes.
