Job Summary
As the Sales Manager for Marlensoft, a subsidiary of KERN & SOHN GmbH, you will lead the commercial expansion of innovative business software solutions, specifically focusing on the 'IGEL' PIM system. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing sustainable marketing and sales strategies, and acquiring new B2B clients. As the role evolves, you will take over the strategic and operational leadership of the entire sales department, optimizing processes and managing the sales team to meet revenue and profit targets. You will also oversee marketing activities and work closely with product management and executive leadership. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the sales of software solutions, preferably standard business software
- Proven leadership experience within a sales environment
- Extensive experience in B2B sales and dealing with corporate decision-makers
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales, volume, and earnings targets
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies
