Job Summary

As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end automation of industrial systems, focusing on the programming of control and IT systems. Your daily activities include developing and adapting software for plant automation, creating process visualizations, and conducting functional tests and commissioning. You will play a vital role in supporting maintenance teams with measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR) and training operating personnel on new systems. This position is particularly attractive due to its stable day-shift schedule, 38.5-hour work week, and lack of weekend work outside of on-call duties. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to continuous improvement processes and technical documentation, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency in a future-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Industrial Electronics Technician, Master Technician, or a degree/qualification in Electrical or Automation Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a comparable position in automation or electrical engineering
  • Experience in project planning and programming for plant automation
  • Experience in commissioning and functional testing of control systems
  • Experience in creating technical specifications and operating manuals
  • Experience in maintenance support and troubleshooting for MSR technology
