Job Summary
As an IT System Administrator at our Schwabmünchen dealership, you will play a central role in managing and evolving our technical infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the administration of Windows Server environments and virtualized systems using VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. You will provide critical 1st and 2nd level support across locations, ensuring that PC workstations, mobile devices, and network switches operate smoothly. Additionally, you will manage Cloud-based telephone systems and Microsoft Exchange/O365 environments. This role is ideal for a team player who combines technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification/degree with a focus on Computer Science.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and customer service is preferred.
- Experience in the administration and development of Windows Server environments.
- Practical experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Exchange and O365 environments.
- Proven ability to work in a structured, cost-conscious, and goal-oriented manner.
