Job Summary
As a Service Dispatcher at Bredenoord, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless energy solutions for customers across Germany. Your primary responsibility is the strategic coordination of service technicians, balancing customer requirements, service contracts, and geographical logistics. You will manage the end-to-end scheduling of maintenance, repairs, and inspections while providing initial technical support via telephone. Beyond scheduling, you will oversee fleet maintenance, tool inspections, and vacation planning, ensuring all operations remain cost-effective and legally compliant. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g., Kaufmann/frau or technical equivalent).
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a dispatcher, commercial clerk, or in a technical profession
- Professional experience in planning service technician deployments and coordinating maintenance schedules
- Experience with electrotechnical installations is preferred
- Experience in managing fleet maintenance and tool inspections
- Proven track record in customer service and complaint management
