Job Summary
As the Team Lead for Administrative Coordination, you will spearhead the digital transformation and process optimization for a modern municipal service provider in the Raunheim-Rüsselsheim area. You will manage a team of three, overseeing the coordination of administrative workflows across diverse municipal sectors including waste management, green space maintenance, and infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing and standardizing administrative processes, managing IT hardware and software procurement, and acting as the primary liaison for IT-related inquiries in collaboration with external partners. This role is unique for its blend of traditional public service stability and the dynamic challenge of driving digitalization in operational trades. You will play a pivotal role in employee motivation and professional development while ensuring that technical and digital workflows are seamlessly integrated into the organization's daily operations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field with a strong emphasis on IT affinity.
Experience
- Professional experience in office and administrative processes within a commercial or public sector environment
- Leadership experience in a professional setting, including disciplinary and functional management
- Experience in process analysis, optimization, and standardization (Process Management)
- Proven experience handling IT-related inquiries and managing IT infrastructure
- Experience working with municipal structures or public service regulations (TVöD) is highly desirable
- Experience in managing small-scale IT projects and digital tool implementation
