This role is for an IT Process Manager specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) within the LWL.IT Service Department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in conceptualizing, implementing, analyzing, and continuously developing central IT service management processes. Key responsibilities include defining and evaluating process and performance indicators, supporting the adoption of ITIL 4 practices, and developing scripts and tools within BMC Helix ITSM to enhance automation. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diplom/Bachelor) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable fields. Alternatively, completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, or IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable long-term professional experience.
