Job Summary
As a Financial Accountant in this Leipzig-based real estate firm, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day financial accounting for various corporate entities and property projects. Your routine will involve preparing monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with tax consultants, managing invoices and payments, and supporting liquidity planning and project controlling. A unique aspect of this role is the heavy focus on innovation; you will actively participate in the digitalization and automation of accounting workflows, utilizing AI-supported processes and modern digital systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a university degree in Financial Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.
Experience
- Professional experience in financial accounting required
- Experience within the real estate or property development sector is highly preferred
- Proven experience using digital accounting systems such as DATEV
- Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Experience or strong interest in digital transformation and AI applications within accounting
