This role involves the independent planning and design of measurement and control automation systems for a prominent industrial automation company in the cold rolling industry. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for selecting and configuring hardware components and developing application-specific control software. Your day-to-day will include creating automation concepts, defining programming standards, and ensuring the timely delivery of programs for controllers, drives, and visualizations. A unique aspect of this position is the blend of software development and hands-on field work, as you will conduct and support commissioning both domestically and internationally.
