As an IT Support Specialist at PORTFORMANCE, you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring the digital resilience of medium-sized enterprises. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the independent prioritization and processing of 1st and 2nd-level support requests related to software solutions, IT systems, and security components via a ticket system, telephone, and remote access. You will act as a central technical contact for clients, conducting product onboardings, technical training, and sales presentations. Beyond troubleshooting, you will actively contribute to IT security projects and collaborate closely with internal consulting and sales departments. Required Skills
Education
