Job Summary
The Water and Wastewater Association Calau (WAC) is seeking a dynamic and leadership-oriented professional to lead their Engineering Department in Lübbenau/Spreewald. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent management of the department, overseeing the planning, project development, and construction supervision of water supply and wastewater disposal systems. Your daily activities will include preparing investment plans, ensuring compliance with public procurement laws (VOB/HOAI), and managing technical documentation via GIS. You will also oversee approvals, permits, and easements while ensuring all operational regulations are met. This position is ideal for a solution-oriented engineer who enjoys managing complex infrastructure projects and leading a dedicated team. Required Skills
Education
University degree (University/TH/FH) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Technology, or Urban Water Management.
